Following the NTP's first storm damage survey of the year, we have confirmed a March 30 EF0 microburst at Lucan, ON. Mostly shingle and tree damage with no evidence for a long, narrow path that would be expected with a tornado. Details at the NTP blog here: uwo.ca/ntp/blog/202... #ONstorm

The Northern Tornadoes Project has a survey team investigating reports of damage in the Lucan area of southwestern Ontario today. Radar indicates that it is possible that the damage was caused by a brief tornado. Preliminary results soon! #ONstorm

Couple more #aurora shots from last night, including what appears to be a reentry burn-up of some sort that I caught over the course 4 exposures around 138am. Lasted well over a minute.
