Lost my first Agency tier customer today. $27 MRR gone. A bug that a single unit test would've caught. Fixed it in 10 minutes. Sent an apology. Gave them a free month. Hopefully they come back. If not, lesson learned: ship tests, not just features.

i call it pushback level. i’ve noticed claude pushes back on my ideas more than chatgpt. it pokes holes in my logic and forces me to think things through instead of just agreeing. that friction is useful. as creators, we don’t need ai that blindly agrees with our ideas. we need ai that challenges

I wish my project in Claude and Claude code could share md files! I know I can connect to GitHub or use the filesystem, but I wish the projects were connected to each other and were basically two entry points to this project!
