*Roads Report* Short version: highways aren't bad - for now. Definitely an easier drive this morning than yesterday afternoon; at least two lanes were pretty clear on my Northland to Midtown route, and traction seemed good. I didn't quite go full highway speed ... 1/3

Made it home from the garage; I can't speak on the condition of the highways right now because all my travel was neighborhood but those streets do seem to be a little better. A very little, because I tried to make a right turn and the car in front of me was spinning its wheels ... 1/3

The snow continues to fall across the metro, with 2"-5" generally being the forecast (slightly heavier amounts to the north and east). The highways are littered with incidents and accidents but no highway closures are being reported. Even so ... 1/3

Had a nice little surprise on my way to work this morning: I was driving through The Plaza and crews were testing some of the lights that'll be making things festive for the holidays. I felt like I was getting a VIP sneak preview.

Raise your hand if you do this: you’re eating fries and you dip one into the ketchup, but there’s way too much ketchup on it so you immediately put another one or two in your mouth in order to balance the tomato-to-potato ratio. Anyone else?
