What I've learned so far in 2026: Burnout recovery takes 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝𝙨. Take on what was the usual workload? F you, have a migraine. Work out like you used to? Yawn throughout the entire thing and be exhausted the next day. Simple tasks and even playing videogames now require 𝖘𝖊𝖗𝖎𝖔𝖚𝖘 𝖈𝖔𝖓𝖈𝖊𝖓𝖙𝖗𝖆𝖙𝖎𝖔𝖓.
