Maybe it's my bias, but I feel like Obito is the best "evil Naruto" foil we get in Naruto. Gaara is probably the 2nd best imo, with Pain in 3rd. I think the other two succeed in specific areas that parallel Naruto while Obito is always presented as a full character parallel

I feel like Obito being disabled is not talked about enough. This guy is missing and arm and a leg and has to use prosthetics and has who knows how many other issues related to half his body being crushed

A process I go through when drawing fanart is studying features. In anime/manga it's a bit hard to do since usually that level of detail or diverse features isn't there. I get excited when I see variation or small quirks. It adds beautifully to features I think

One fun thing I've learned while studying Obito and Kakashi’s features is that Kakashi is overall slimmer. His face us more slender and he has a more lean figure. He's by no means a twink but it's interesting to see🤔

BTW-- This also means that Obito performed perfect eye surgery on himself when he got the rinnegan. HOW TF DID HE DO THAT? Maybe his healing factor helped I guess😭 only eye surgery and healing factors can connect eyes in Naruto after all

Sometimes I just randomly remember that Obito performed perfect eye surgery on Sasuke. Like how did he teach himself eye surgery in his musty cave😭It certainly wasn't Madara or Zetsu that taught him, that's for sure
