It was cold enough this morning to try out one of Olaf’s new winter jackets. He actually liked the jacket, and we went out on a nice long walk! I was afraid he might not like the jacket after our Halloween costume failure, but he did great! #Dogs #DogsofBluesky

Olaf had his grooming appointment this morning. The first picture was taken just before the grooming and the second picture was taken right afterwards. He‘s very cute and clean, and looks like he’s half the size he was earlier! #Dogs #DogsofBluesky

We have been working on concept training with Olaf over the past 6 weeks or so. His progress has been remarkable! He is no longer barking and lunging when he sees other dogs on a walk, and now he calmly looks up at us for a treat. His calmness and confidence keep growing! #Dogs #DogsofBluesky

We bought Olaf a new “Frozen TV Dinner” toy, which was delivered by Chewy today. He loved it so much that he decided he wanted to bring one of the pieces out on his walk! This is him carrying his “grilled chicken drumstick” in his mouth 😂 #Dogs #DogsofBluesky

Olaf’s transformation into a total lapdog is now complete. If my wife is in the room with us, he’ll typically hang out between the two of us. But if my wife leaves the room or isn’t with us, he immediately crawls into my lap. He’s such a cute and lovable little dog 🥰 #Dogs #DogsofBluesky

A freshly groomed Olaf is now demonstrating how to use his snuffle mat for its intended purpose. He just ate a lot of treats from his mat for being such a good boy during his grooming! He was happy to see his mobile groomer arrive and was very happy to see us afterwards as well! #Dogs #DogsofBluesky

A snuffle mat can be a great tool for engaging your dog’s mind, by allowing them to search for hidden treats. That is the primary purpose for which it is designed. Or, as Olaf is demonstrating here, your dog can also decide to use it as a bed 🤣🤣🤣 #Dogs #DogsofBluesky

This bird that arrived in my backyard yesterday afternoon and has been walking around since is a fledgling green heron. I’ve seen at least one of his parents show up several times to check on him. He seems healthy, and a local wildlife rescue said to leave him be. #Birds #Nature #Photography

I just looked out my window and saw this scene of a rabbit in my backyard, checking out this bird walking around the yard. I am not sure of what kind of bird this is, but it seems to be walking around along the fence line.
