Have two stories that are in the middle of being written from September. Should probably finish those but oh look two more ideas that are now outlined hello there.

Finally settled in and learned super basic video editing via DaVinci Resolve. Just the simple steps of connecting clips, fades, cuts, zoom/pan/etc. Nothing Photoshop tier, but it's helping me clean up some media.

And at nearly 3,300 words, editing and additions are now complete! This Halloween, prepare for a juicy Special Halloween Edition of Cliff's Notes! I even went so far as to doll up a previous commission to make it Spooky, and fit the soulful context of the story.

The spooky rough draft is complete! And not a weekend too soon, with Halloween creeping up on us by next Friday! Expect a holiday-appropriate tale then.

Back on the LibreOffice train. I never did switch away from using ODT file formats so the transition back was easy.

And this morning, an idea struck for something appropriate for the month in terms of a story. A soul-y story. A niche of noms I've not really explored much. We'll see if anything comes with it. Oh hello idea pile, you're growing quite a lot. Overshadowing those current projects.

About 5,000 words into the latest story between Blue Thrush and Cream Caramel. Things getting rather spicy, because after all, it's their honeymoon! The big question remains, of course, whether Blue can come to terms with certain predatory tendencies of his newlywed mate.

Wrote more this morning, delving into a flimsy excuse for a character deadset against his mate gobbling others up, coming around and liking it. It's subtle as a brick and is a tidy way to progress the character to "ok he feeds his mate unwilling prey now b/c he Likes it." But there is some Drama!

All this time, Cream Caramel the Earth Pony has kept her predating secret from Blue Thrush. But on their honeymoon, the truth comes out! Currently writing this story up, the next chapter in the saga of Blue and Cream! There will be vore. There will be lewds.

An innovative new feature of my stories! Page numbers. Something I realize in hindsight was kind of silly to not have, but now that PDFs are my de-factor publication standard it came to light.

Not too much writing done this weekend, but that's okay. Ebb and flow! I did procrastinate successfully by preparing the stories' metadata (title/description/tags/keywords). I like doing that ahead of time so that publication is just a lot of copy/paste.

Interesting when you have to go to the art galleries you post to, and go "I wonder what the tag is for {thing I've not posted about before}." A couple Things may be happening in a future story. So mysterious!
