I mowed the backyard yesterday morning. I was in pain and trying to get my neck and thoracic over exaggerated kyphosis and shoulders, which have gotten so bad the ball joints are moving forward and trying to pop out of their sockets not to be so painful but it made it worse it's getting even more so

So, this Monday thing...I don't like it much. At least I did get some lawn mowed, scheduled a plumber and did some more cleaning/clearing out of the laundry room. Sucks that I seem to have pulled a pectoral muscle which causes great pain to my left boob with certain movements.

I must have some brown recluse in me now. Week before last I felt an itch on the back of my right knee. I applied some hydrocortisone and went on with mowing. Then it became a hard lump, very sore the touch. The next day I noticed in the mirror that the back of my knee 1/2 way up my thigh was purple

So I'm still in a lot of pain but got back out there this morning to walk with the nearly full moon. Unfortunately I saw a dead deer in the ditch. I feel you, young dead deer. Godspeed, my friend.

So yesterday I got a 90 minute deep tissue massage. I have been in too much pain and can't get into PT until next month. I disassociated a bit and came back to my hand being manipulated. He was thorough and has stronger hands and went deeper into some of my really tight painful spots.

When I said I lose time, actually I can somehow make time go backwards. Such a strange experience, but it seems when I start early I finish late, and the opposite is true,as well. Start late and finish almost earlier than when I started. Told you it's all a simulation.

I can't seem to find that line, however thick or thin it might be, between being high enough to tolerate all this pain and being so fucked up I lose time and do too much. I just realized there isn't really any part of my body that doesn't hurt anymore. But when it comes on gradually, it seems ok?

I texted my guy in NY and he's injured himself lifting (hernia) and now he's in constant pain. He said as least now we are kind of like kindred spirits in that regard. I was thinking how I really didn't want anyone to have to join this club, save for a special group that actually deserves it.
