Our last practice is tonight. My plan is this: -Show a some simple drills they can do for 15 min at home if they want to get better. -Every kid makes a 3 pointer. -Hand out send off letters, talk about how it felt being on this team. Encourage them to facilitate same feel in their spring sport.

Spent 90 min last night writing individual send off letters for each of my 3/4 grade players. Time well spent. Highly recommend doing this if you are a coach.
