A new one again today. I've been inspired to draw lately. It's been a very long time since I've regularly drawn. I'm enjoying the challenge of letting myself explore, thinking I may have ruined it, and then successfully save it, and, in the end, have it be better than I believed it could be.

You figure out if it's relevant to you. The word Rex in Tyrannosaurus rex is Latin for king. Tyrannosaurus breaks down into two words in Greek, which together mean tyrant lizard. "Tyrant Lizard King," the king of the dinosaurs. It's relevant to me.

Choosing people who you get to work with should not be about who you like, but about who is best for the job. I'd rather have someone working for me be able to tell me I'm wrong, and discuss it calmly and openly. Not have them hide what they feel is best in fear for their job or from my reaction.
