Congrats to @suzannaforgeorgia.bsky.social on qualifying. I had a great time at Hi-Lo last night celebrating and meeting new people. We have a fantastic group of people who have stepped up to fight for the rights and livelihoods of Georgians. This will be the year that we take it all back!

Tonight I attended the Data Center Town Hall in Winterville hosted by @clarkedems.bsky.social Coalition of Athens Scientists, Dr T. Maddox, Representative Eric Gisler, and PSC Commissioner Peter Hubbard all did an amazing job presenting the case to limit and regulate Data Center construction.

From marching with Dr. King to uniting marginalized communities under the Rainbow Coalition umbrella to mounting two serious bids for the presidency in 1984 and 1988, Jackson is one of the most consequential Americans of the last 100 years. My thoughts are with his friends and family.
