Ok I read two chapters of the supplemental grammar book and I'm watching one of the lectures. I emailed the professor and asked for an extension on an assignment. I'm going to be ok.

I'm so stressed out. I just took my nighttime blood pressure medicine because I can feel my BP rising. All I have to do is study but im struggling because I'm so anxious. Im grateful tomorrow I'll be streaming and hanging out with my friends.

I've been feeling empty and numb and melancholy, my brain wants to say it's depression but my gut says it's autistic burnout. I don't know how to explain it, but somewhere this weekend I crossed a line and frazzled the fuck out of myself. I gotta figure out how to pull myself out of this.

Not only did I work for nearly 13 hours, stfudy a bit and ace my quiz - i picked up groceries too. I'd have this adulting thing down if I could also manage time and sleep at appropriate times.

It has been an extremely busy day at work. My social battery is in the negatives lol. Really crossing my fingers someone comes in and pushes me over the edge for a bigger sales bonus.

Anxiety is hitting me hard about school rn. Trying not to have a panic attack. What do you do when you're feeling overwhelmed by school or work? I would like to do some yoga but I'm physically weak from being sick this morning.

I'm trying to do everything right and take notes on chapters and lectures but holy holy it's more time consuming than I remembered. My head and hand are exhausted. But I'm gonna will a second wind when I get home and push on.

Well friends. I think i will have to buckle down and be in less/selective streams til I am caught up with schoolwork. I don't want to lose my streaks but I need to study and music works better for my mind. It's nothing personal at all.

There are so many activities at the college I want to participate in! Water exercise, yoga, resume workshops. I've even thought about trying to find a second job somewhere. Gotta get organized so I can do them!

I've had many people of different ages tell me I look younger than my upcoming birthday of 40. I don't know if that's just a thing people say but it has me feeling like no one else can see the fine lines I'm obsessing over.

Just had a lovely chat with a fellow named Brian while he smoked black and milds and I vaped. Even though it's a bad habit I enjoy smoking culture and visiting with other smokers. It's just an opening ro have a convo with someone when you're all in the same area. I love meeting new people so much.
