Hope all of my American little chefs had a great Thanksgiving yesterday! Leftovers are one of my favorite parts of it, especially since the actual turkey carcass is a gold mine for flavorful stock! Just split up all the bones and let them simmer with aromatics and you’ve got a tasty soup base!
