After weeks of Republican obstruction and a costly air travel nightmare, a bipartisan bill passed the Senate this morning to fund TSA, Coast Guard & FEMA, but House Republicans have rejected it — all so they can keep funding ICE abuses.

D.C. may look pretty right now, but what’s going on inside the walls of Capitol Hill isn’t. House Republicans are about to let Congress leave for 2 weeks with no progress made to pay our TSA agents or put guardrails on ICE.

My statement on President Trump’s decision to rescind the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Clean Air Act “Endangerment Finding,” which requires the EPA to protect people from pollution that drives extreme weather and its costly, dangerous impacts under the Clean Air Act:

Trump has cemented his legacy as the most pro-polluter, anti-health President in history. The EPA is supposed to protect our families and our environment, but they rely on misleading Department of Energy reports that cherry-picks data to support the Republican, pro-polluter sellout.
