I have ordered a pair of glasses (coz I is old now), from Firmoo, all was going so well but Fed Ex just won't deliver them. They are insisting on a signature that their customer (Firmoo) isn't. 5 delivery attempts now and 2 of those after they had sent them back to Firmoo who sent them back again 🤦‍♀️
