Morning 👋 nothing to do today but collect Aggie, dry out the roof tent and awning on Captain Hastings and sort holiday detritus in the sun, which was a very welcome sight this morning 🌞

Would have posted more about the ferry authoritie's 1 jobsworth but the crossing was somewhat.....turbulent....and I spent most of the crossing clenching my teeth and praying I didn't redecorate the other passengers. The crew took pity and gave me a cabin to upchuck into. 🤮

Well, that's all folks, back in Blighty having been robbed at Dieppe of £150 worth of camping gas. The Landy is not a camper apparently. A strongly worded letter of complaint to DSDF ferries has been lodged. 😤

5 countries in 5 days 🇩🇪 🇱🇺 🇧🇪 🇫🇷 🇬🇧. Not bad. May go for 7 on the next trip... But possibly more slowly!

And we're off, country number 4 in as many days. Didn't manage the glass elevator in Luxembourg. Just too knackered. Apart from that I've seen and done all the things that I hoped on this trip 😊

Settled now for the evening, only 1 stop left before the ferry back and the hum drum begins. France, Germany, Luxembourg and Belgium have been super hosts. Can't wait for the next tour to begin!!!

I am orientated and definitely now in Belgium. Other than being a bit closed. My brief experience has been very nice.

I have landed in Luxembourg 🇱🇺....which you can tell by the tiny sign and a flag on that building. Otherwise the crossing into the country was entirely unremarkable 😂

I don't believe Germany is real anymore, I think that i have just wandered into a chocolate box theme park and I'm on a continuous loop 😑

I think moving in kmh has had a negative effect on my psychi.. While I know 120kmh is about 74 mph, my brain is rejecting the logic and just screaming.....WTF are you trying to do to this breeze block on wheels !!!

Just doing the run from Bavaria to Mosel on the Autobahn....feels a bit Wacky Races in a Land Rover at times! 😲

Guten Morgan 👋 Spent a delightfully peaceful night in the Black Forest. Ate some Schnitzel and failed to get some fags from a vending machine. A vending machine!!! Like in pub loos in the 80s. I don't smoke but I enjoyed the experience anyway. Fun, fun, fun on the Autobahn today... 🤞

Lovely drive through the Black Forest today. Not a sign of overheating!!!! Confidence is high indeed! We are pit stopping now, and then on to the show!
