Why do recipe developers bother with "zest 1 half lemon?" Does anyone really only zest half a lemon or zest the whole lemon then divide in half? If so what do you do with the rest of that lovely shredded gold? I zest the whole lemon, add all, then use the zested lemon for tea or air freshener.
