April 6th. I have been recalcitrant with this Bluesky Pastorale, but April brings the magnolia out in stars, the brave tulips, white pear blossom tutus, and gracious hanami. And everything is thrusting towards the sky, hostas, lilies, peonies of all kinds. It’s spring, it’s icy, it’s beautiful. 🌱

Eight years ago I got hitched on this spot* to a guy who rescued me from a snowstorm. I’d highly recommend, but I’m not planning to share** him, so 🤷‍♀️ *by a preacher who looked like a vampire **he doesn’t do social media (which is a shame, he’s hilarious, very smart & kind & you’d love him)
