All perspectives—and thus identities—are imagined by the mind.

Thoughts are virtual experiences that are distracting us from the actual reality that is happening right in front of us: from the present experience as it is. Being constantly in our thoughts makes us numb to our present feelings. It closes our hearts. But we can open up again.

There is no latency or distance to the present sensations–the contact is ongoing–, which simultaneously means that they are safe. Present sensations are never harming. But experience it for yourself. In this moment.

My love, you did not come into this moment to be a certain, obligatory way. You came into this very moment to be who you actually are right now. Namely, your true self.

Conscious experience is only now, because reality is now. Try to consciously experience anything. You will find, it will be now. Well, everything is now.

If the present experience is what the seeker is looking for, then there is nothing to do anymore. Why? Because the present experience… - is already present - is already happening - can therefore not be found - cannot be explained - is here - is now - cannot be not - is everything there ever is

The endless suddenness of the present experience is the gate to it. Instantly. Undelayed. Thoughts, however, are constantly trying to pull us back into a falsely assumed safe distance, but we have the sovereignty to remain firmly with reality as it actually is.

What is the difference between the request: “I hope I will make the right decision” and “I hope the decision that I will make is good for me and others”? One is a humble prayer that recognizes the interdependence of all things, the other is an expectation that leads to blame and disappointment.

The being you most want to be, my dear, is right in front of me. Behold yourself, in this moment. Stop thinking about it. You are not a thought. Stop searching for yourself, because you are already here. Only now can you feel and experience yourself, not later.

My dear, you don't have to protect yourself from your emotions. They are already here and you are taking no harm. Just see that. Experience it directly. Get to know your inviolability.

Give yourself fully to the authentic present decision-making of your body's intuition. In this very moment. How does it feel to be so free?

What, today, made life worth living today? What, in this moment, makes life worth living? Just look.

Who you truly are in this very moment will bring you what you need. Trust that deeply or go back to inauthenticity.

My love, You didn't come into this moment right now so that you have to be a certain, obligated way right now. You came into this very moment so that you can be who you actually are right now. Namely, yourself. In this moment, you are endlessly you.

The layers of repressed emotions: Core: the actual present emotion itself Protective shell: the quite real impression that it’s “impossible” to feel it The shell’s causes: 2: ignorance that this is true 1: the mind’s idea that discomfort is “unacceptable” 0: the mind’s idea of a vulnerable self

Do not trust your thoughts too much. They only know the dead past and the still unknown future (pure imagination). You, however, my love, You know the bright-shining reality of this moment!

The emptiness of resistance creates the fullness within you. And nothing wrong with the truth of it.

Go to pure, unconditional reception of your present emotions Let go of the role as their repressor Let go of the role as their creator Let go of the role as their manager Be the inviolable, silent receiver who doesn't even have to react, cause the need to react is just imagined It’s just not true

Just be glad when your emotions finally bubble up into consciousness. Then they are finally free.

Would you like your present feelings to be recognized and compassionately acknowledged? Then stop all denial and look, my love, and you’ll be shall be seen and felt. Drop all demands and expectations.

Don’t try to lie to yourself about the present experience of your emotions. To stop this attempt is to liberate yourself.

Nothing and no one can reveal to you whether your present experience is already the right, true experience, because the present experience itself is the true experience already. You cannot make it any truer or clearer. This is it. Nothing can make this moment any truer than it is.

Here and now, you don't have to endure future experiences, because in the moment of imagination, you are never already there You are in the present experience and are merely paying attention to imaginary ideas of the future You are experiencing them virtually, not actually The future is not this:

"There must be the one truth! I know it. Otherwise, all false ideas could never be exposed!" Yes, my dear, but it cannot be found because it is already here. It cannot be waited for because it is already now. It cannot be discovered because it is already there. It is what-ever is.

Every description of reality is just a pointer to it. Direct all your attention to what the words are pointing to. But you can only do it now, my love, not later.

Only in THIS moment, the “work” of effortless allowance can take place. Only NOW you can stop trying to be against the present experience of reality.

A feeling that is present in this moment, but uncomfortable, is better to be felt than to be denied.

Only the present awareness, as it is, is unmanipulated experience of reality. Coming 'back' to it is mostly uncomfortable, because our mind has all these hyped, false views of unpleasant sensations: „I cannot feel this!“, „Feeling this will harm me“, „I have to avoid this!“, „This will never end“

If there weren't the truth of the present experience, right now, we would never be able to expose a false belief about the world as false. But we are able to see the reality of the present experience clearly. We can see what is actually not the case right. We cannot actually not see it.

Reality is an endless, ongoing revelation of itself.

Where is the experience of the present moment?

Isn't this present experience more interesting than the endless, critical self-monitoring of your mind anyway? Forget the problems that you are supposedly having with yourself right now. Allow everything to be as it is.

There is only ever this moment now and all inspiration to do something is already hidden in it This becomes clear when the belief that your life-transforming actions don’t matter is dismissed or ignored Only fearful thoughts can distract you The access is already here, so you can start creating

Just leave it at what is already here right now. There is no need to come up with anything else.

The opinions about this world are something you have to work with, not something you have to fight against or remove. Opinions cannot be removed. They can only be accepted. An opinion that you want to remove is a judgment of an opinion. Stay on the side of the truth.

Reality is the truth in motion. And nothing is going anywhere.

What you feel is right right now matters, my love. What you feel you truly want to do right now matters too. You are worthy of your own present consideration. You are worthy of getting attention from yourself.

The conscious appearance of your feelings is now. Only now. Feelings are only, endlessly now. The many thoughts that might trigger you are just imaginations.

What about the perception of this moment is incorrect? Well, nothing. Everything is correct and in harmony in this moment. Everything is just as it should be.

The position that you have when you are your thought’s thinker is just a mental position. The position that you have when you are your feeling’s feeler is just a mental position. The position that you have when you are your perception’s perceiver is just a mental position. There is no position.

What is your energy right now?

Why is it so difficult to be satisfied with our true, present nature in every moment? Not unconditionally agreeing with it, but being unconditionally at peace with it. Why do we need endless proof that our present nature is justified? There will never be any other nature than the present one.

The fullest awareness is already present in this moment. In any instant. Why? Because there is only awareness as it is now. Hence, there is always only full awareness.

Now that you are fully aware of this moment, and incidentally always have been, what will you do?

The assumption to deserve fundamentally more than others in life originates from an emotional wound. The opposite assumption—deserving less than others—is just the other side of the same coin. Beyond these two assumptions, we know that we don’t have to assume anything, and then, we are free.

Behold the sensations. Don’t react aversively. Just don’t react. All needs to react are illusions. This fact can be realized.
