After a boozy weekend and a weeks rest post the Berlin half, it was nice to see the scales still showing a loss this morning. Onwards I go, high cardio, low fat foods, lots of movement and water! 💁🏻‍♂️🙌🏻🏃🏻

Bank holiday Monday, we have been productive! House cleaned Fish cleaned out Gym done Loads of washing done Oven, oven prided & cleaned Food shopping Hoovered through Amazing what a good nights sleep can do. (10 hours) 👊🏻💁🏻‍♂️

After a few days rest post Berlin half marathon - it’s time to go again, September a full and half marathon awaits. My biggest test - let’s fucking do this. 👊🏻 #NewTrainingBlock
