If you want to predict the future, start by asking yourself: will this still matter in 10 years?

People who are already ahead tend to pull others up. Secure people compliment. Artists admire artists. Athletes help athletes. Insecure people tear down. It's always been that easy to tell the difference.

It is strange how beliefs run inverse to evidence. The least plausible explanation is frequently the most appealing one, perhaps because it carries drama, scale, and the comfort of having something external to blame for their own shortcomings.

When we dismiss what is real, we do not simply hold a different opinion, we chip away at the shared foundation that makes progress possible.

If you really want to understand a group, an ideology, or a culture, don't only look at their enemies, look at the conflicts inside their own movement.

That’s us. That’s home.

The most dangerous lies aren't the ones others tell you. They're the ones you tell yourself to avoid the discomfort of changing.

I keep seeing conspiracy videos about NASA, implying it is all fake. Decades long global facade. Hundreds of thousands under NDA. Billions of data points fabricated. Not a single credible leak. This would be so difficult to fake, it is easier to just do the real thing.

There is much power in doing the right thing when no one is watching.

The universe has existed for approximately 13.8 billion years. You will exist for maybe 80 of them. That's either terrifying or liberating.

People like to take credit for things they intended to do. A spouse might say, “I wanted to take you out for dinner,” or you tell yourself, “I planned to start going to the gym.” It creates an illusion of progress. But wanting, thinking, or talking is never the same as doing.

Not everything that is legally correct is humanly right.

The energy and attitude you put out into the world will determine the kind of people and opportunities you draw to yourself.

Beware the “arrival fallacy.” We think “I’ll be happy when I achieve X”, but in reality, that high is fleeting. Lasting happiness isn’t a finish line you cross, it’s built by how you live each day.

Accepting something from someone doesn’t make you inferior.

We all wear masks sometimes. We act “fine” because we think everyone else has it together. In reality, no one has a perfect life. Drop the mask, share your story, and you’ll find we’re in this together.

The more you try to suppress or control your emotions, the harder they push back.

You won’t always feel motivated. Motivation is unreliable, but habits and discipline will carry you through on the days your heart isn’t “feeling it.”

Give yourself permission to be a work in progress without comparing yourself to those further along.
