Kinda been grinding Chunithm lately! Just today, hit my goal of 16.50! Massive goal for me, and I'm super proud. I have played Chunithm VERY loosely a few years ago, but I really converted and started playing around September when I got myself a TASOLLER. I'm so happy with my progress!

MAGFest chuni was hype ... uhhh also I ended magfest around 16.30. Got some ridiculous plays lol. For a few months of play I'm proud of my progress.

So a few days ago I hit Rainbow on chuni!! First RG I've reached the highest rank in! Still gotta grind of course haha.

Been working on my game these past few days, haven't been so into systems design and planning until now. Using Monogame so I'm building literally every system myself lmao. Working on a UI system... but earlier I built a spritesheet animation system. Having so much fun XD

Just played the story mode of Immaterial and Missing Power ... touhou 7.5. Honestly the story mode fights and concepts were cool but really jank. Fun game even if I only understood half the controls lol. Good music tho!

31 days until PoE2 EA hits! Today's fact: Plenty of the famous currency orbs from Path of Exile 1 return in PoE2 with completely revamped looks. The creators stated they wanted the effect of each currency orb to ebb from its artistic style. Some are not returning, like the Orb of Scouring.

Been trying my best to work on this song for my friend's game (2nd out of 5 songs). Ended up getting something dreamy-like to work after a lot of trial and error. Cranked up the reverb, some backing piano and orchestra, and choir. Enjoying the result! Still not finished tho!

Started playing through the Touhou series again. Back when around TH14/15 was out, I had played (and beaten whether with continues or not) every mainline TH game on Easy... Planning on doing that again this time up to the current. And potentially go for normal clears too lol. Did TH6 and 7 rn.

Hot take but we need a genre name for rhythm games that aren't the rhythm games we're used to. Examples being Beats Per Minute, Hi-Fi Rush, and Crypt of the Necrodancer. Friend of mine and I came up with RhythmLite.

Holy SHIT this might actually be the best song + chart in the game. These patterns were insanely fun. everything flowed perfectly. I think the danmaku kagura team is getting a lot better at 6k charting over the time this game has come out. Makes me more excited for the new song packs!

ngl Touhou Danmaku Kagura Lost is a really fun casual rhythm game. There are some great charts like this one. Also apparently new song packs coming out so I'm working on fully lunatic clearing the current stuff lmao. Not sure if it's worth the normal price tag (+ there's dlcs) /shrug
