After your first hypnosis session, wake your partner back up gently, and then TALK ABOUT IT. Aftercare is important. Discuss what happened & how they felt. What was fun & what was boring? What was confusing & what felt natural? This is a learning opportunity for both of you!

For safety, I only recommend hypnosis between people who already know each other well. Negotiations should happen well in advance. The first sessions should be SFW, and contain just simple relaxation. The spicy stuff can come later.

Generally, a subject will know they're hypnotized. It is possible to hypnotize someone covertly, but that's a complicated mess of ethics and consent. It CAN be done, but in many situations SHOULDN'T be. Play safe and do the right thing.

If you think you can't be hypnotized, You're right It's a cooperative process. The subject & I work together to bring them into trance. If you don't want me to hypnotize you, then I can't It's a bit like telling an author "You can't tell me a story" "Um, Okay then. I won't!"

If the hypnotist reinforces the suggestion every day for weeks on end, it could last much longer & be harder to resist without reason You should always be able to resist a suggestion if you need to for safety

Have you ever been conditioned to respond automatically? If someone reaches out to shake your hand, most people will reach their own hand out instinctively. If the server at a restaurant says "Enjoy your meal," it's amazing how many people say Thanks you too That's conditioning

I recommend starting out with a simple file written for beginners or designed to teach & practice personal agency Try a few from reputable hypnotists & see what works for you. Finding 1 that fits is like fumbling through a shoe store in the dark so it may take some trial & error
