I'm going to go insane crazy style... GB Studio doesn't actually have diagonal collision for actors? In the collision code, they just walk around things in the Y direction and then the X direction. Collision in the diagonal direction is never checked. Thousands of hours and I never noticed...

The muted palettes of this game have been a very big inspiration for my GB Studio work recently. The sprite art is also very good, and the backgrounds in the cutscenes are awesome.

It's crazy that if you choose an overly detailed art style for your game random people pop out of the woodwork and start calling it AI. I guess this is one of the only times in my life I'll be thankful I can't render to save my life.

The best way to kill conversation on your Discord server is to shut down conversations for being "off topic" as if that is actually something that matters. It only matters when blocking other conversations... but when you're moderating like that your server won't be busy enough for that to happen!
