Emotional reactions aren’t moral judgments. Feeling sad, angry, indifferent, or even relieved doesn't make you a good or bad person. Emotions are natural responses, not ethical positions. If someone was divisive or harmful in your eyes, not feeling grief is normal.

True connection begins with honesty. When we stop performing and start speaking from the heart, others feel it. Authenticity invites trust. As we grow, we choose courage over comfort, truth over image and in doing so we create space for others to do the same.
