I was asked about putting back up some of my vtuber assets that I made a couple years ago, so slowly but surely I'll be tossing those back up on my VGen over the week when I feel well enough.

So bad news: my doctor's office messed up on getting the things they needed for the surgery, so my appt's been delayed til the 9th. I'm gonna try to do some streams here and there, but I'm really feeling ill from needing this to be fixed, so I can't promise... I'm sorry guys

I've had a problem with the way art fight has handled their systems for years, which is why I stopped participating. When it stopped being a 'fun for everyone' event and instead became a hardcore competition that the mods could enforce their puritanical personal opinions and beliefs onto others.

The hardest part about loving older games but having only cursory knowledge about the technical know-how of non-standard settings, is trying to learn about not just running them, but the set up itself. There's a lot that goes on behind the scenes there that people don't think of.

It's actually wildly hard to find people to talk to about oldschool game/movie lore, who aren't super pessimistic about it. Like sure, a lot of older stuff is... well 'old'. But that doesn't mean everything about it is automatically bad now because of it...
