Having nerve pain is dealing with the fact that one minute, you're fine but the next? An electric shock can run down your arm and make your hands hot while your elbow feels like you tried winning a tennis match. And yeah, you're fine after a few sec/mins. But your hands feel like the sun ☠️

._. I need to vent; Moving is hard but damnit, having chronic pain makes it feel impossible. I have help, yes. My very supportive bf hasn't made me feel guilty for being "useless" in the hard work but the guilt is still there. I'm aching so much just having done what feels like the bare minimum 😩
