We are still moving....2 months later. We are like out of room on the first floor. Luckily, very happily, the mold guys are coming wed-thurs to do the basement. A lot of stuff can go in there. I'm so excited to get rid of this mold.

So 2 months after we close on our house, and after twice threatening litigation the previous owner is finally taking care of the mold problem. Now for the rest of the failed inspection list that were part of the closing papers.....

I'm so done with waiting on this guy to get the mold problem taken care of. This property never should have been on the market. But we were the idiots that bought it. It doesn't pass city codes as it stands, we have a temp occupancy permit. 🤬🤬🤬
