"Right, I've seen you on the news here and there and you say you're hardly a deal. Talk about the most modest thing I've heard this week." The grin is obviously invisible, but the amusement should be clear. "Well...it's a 50-50 shot." Skylar chuckles, but nods after. "I am, yeah. Name's Aphelion."

"I mean, you're the whole deal. I'm mostly wind and speed. But obviously two very, very useful things," she says, nodding. Her own armor looks metal, but some kind of alien construct, as much biology as it is technology. "Just realized how fast I can fly lately. So...figured I push my limits a bit."

"What, this?" She did just break the sound barrier on the way up here, so there's that. "Honestly, literal flight hours. I just kept practicing. Helps that I seem to have a natural aptitude to it, too." She hums, happy to be talking shop with Superman. "Also enhanced reflexes do help.

She only went so far as to attract his attention, finally stopping in mid-air, wings flapping to stabilize her position in the air. "Damn, they weren't kidding. You are pretty dang fast." The beaked helmet of the fully-armored figure betrays no expression, but her tone is clearly impressed.

That was fast, but two can play at that game. With a running start Skylar armors up and takes flight, speeding down the street before finally lifting off.
