I was so excited for my 11 day holiday break, and now I have Covid. 😭 I can’t taste anything. The hubs just got home with two boxes of puffs with lotion, DayQuil and NyQuil, and weed Gummies in a special sleepy blend. I really don’t deserve him.

In the 90s, I worked for a food delivery service in Maine. This was way before GrubHub was a twinkle at anyone’s eye. I got calls from Mrs. Maine, who always wanted something complicated. She asked if the driver would give me something and I thought it would be a tip. 🤑 Nope, signed photograph.

Last April, I bought my husband a patio lemon tree for his birthday. A few small lemons ripened but very little else happened. Before the first frost, we moved it into the greenhouse and put a plant light on it. All of a sudden it’s June in Athens. My side gig in 2026 will be a lemonade stand.
