14. Piercings Dolly has their septum piercing, obtained whilst they were in the temple, their first little act of rebellion. Augustine's earrings are usually salvaged things - bits of broken measuring equipment, repurposed arrow tips, made whilst experimenting with making medical instruments.

13. They share The Channel, now. Through the channel, Augustine can feel the strength of belief - in his ideals, in his words and purpose, in everything he's made his symbol stand for. In him. Now, he can feel Dolly's belief in him, too, no matter what.

12. Favourite possessions Augustine carries his little notebook, containing everything he's learnt to date, his foragers knife, his medical gear, would you like to hear about his hemostatic forceps? He's also been developing acids for rapid sterlisation- Dolly's is their periapt of wound closure. ♥️
