On January 20, 1942, fifteen senior Nazi officials met at a picturesque villa in #Wannsee, Germany to plan the systematic murder of European Jewry. The Wannsee Conference marked a decisive step in coordinating what would become known at the “#FinalSolution."

In 1935, a pro-Nazi magazine ran a contest for the “Ideal Aryan Baby” and unknowingly chose a Jewish infant: Hessy Levinsons Taft. Hessy’s parents were beyond shocked; they were terrified. They later learned that the photographer entered her portrait as a hoax, without their knowledge.
