They are basically just letting the game online because it is still making them enough money to justify it. If you want to earn yourself, farm gold, level up characters, and then sell them. There are players who regularly buy gold and accounts for a decent amount. No one gets banned, feel free to use the in-game world chat for your ads and transactions.
