Tried something new while walking the dog yesterday. With headphones on I left Perplexity on voice mode with my phone in my pocket, for half an hour just thinking out loud about some ideas and working through the solutions with perplexity as I would do with one of my mates on the phone.

Best jet lag cure: Plus: as soon as you are at cruising altitude, place you mind in that time zone, and eat to the destination time zone norms too

Hillfort to hillfort. Strolled from Blewburton to Wittenham Clumps this afternoon. As the crow flies about 8km, but following public footpaths closer to 15km Blewburton to Uffington along the Ridgeway is about 24km, so pondering that next.

Be9.ing launched yesterday in beta. Leave your To-do list at work. We are human beings not human doings. We are what we focus on. Consistency is key. Make sure you are designing your own life, and focusing on what and who you want to be.

Felt like getting some space this morning so went out for a stroll with the dog. Ended up walking about 25km - which I think is the most I’ve ever walked in a day. Feel it in my feet. Dog ain’t budging from her bed. Chinese takeaway ordered.

Switched Storyus from AWS Beanstalk to Render in January, but left my AWS instances running as a backup. Even the act of using AWS Console to deactivate them was so frustrating, that it reinforced how happy I am with that decision
