The story of Ninjago could have been very different without Skales. Lloyd tried to enslave the Hypnobrai, and Skales could have punished him for it, but instead, he simply decided to let him go. I'm not sure Slithraa, or anyone else, would have shown such mercy

I wasn't particularly fond of the Fire and Ice Monsters having the same design, but I eventually came to accept it. It's an interesting choice to have monsters wielding opposing powers with a similar appearance. What I find strange, however, is the absence of Lightning Monsters

I love how the Monastery becomes more lively as the seasons of Dragons Rising progress

It would be funny if Zilvar was the complete opposite of Ras. An honorable tiger, who respect the Ninja as opponents and who has perfect control of his emotions and never gets angry

People think that Zilvar will be a warrior resurrected by Ras, but the truth is that he and Grimtak have been prisoners in the ice for years and Ras will free them and convince Zilvar to help him bring back his people

I hope the Oni warlord from Legends looks like this

The Oni Warrior from Legends is cool, but I have to admit I would have preferred to get a minifig of this guy instead

I think Dragons Rising could really benefit from something like Wu's Teas. Seeing the current huge cast in more slice-of-life stories would be great, and it would also allow them to bring back characters from the previous show without impacting the DR storyline

They really gave Ras the coolest armor only to get rid of it the very next season and never make a minifig with it

Lego was really too lazy to produce claws for the minifigs this year

Okay, I'll have to start saving up money for that

It was interesting to see how the Elemental Monsters resisted non-elemental attacks. I'd like to see that again in the second half of the season

And to think Garmadon wouldn't even be the worst person in this group

Frak's father after his son revealed how much he had suffered because of him VS Sora's parents after their daughter revealed how much she had suffered because of them Yeah, I think it's pretty easy to guess who will sincerely try to make amends with their child

My Ninjago seasons tier list

I can understand why the Ninja didn't search for Garmadon after MOTO, since the last time they saw him, he helped them save the world. But in DR, considering what they know about Ras and what he's capable of, He should have become public enemy number one (since s2p1 at least)

So happy to finally get the soundtrack from one of my favorite episodes
