Here’s this morning’s crop from our vegan, organic allotment in Hastings, England. I cooked the rhubarb with dates and brown sugar to make a compote. I froze some, gave some to our lovely neighbour, and the rest is in the fridge. I cooked Swiss Chard with pasta and mushrooms for dinner tonight.
