Yesterday I was told that my views on upholding the Treaty aren’t valid because: - I wasn’t born in Ao/NZ - Māori have been given enough $$ - The Treaty has to be changed or we’ll become the US with no one challenging our constitution. When I tried to counter these with facts I was shouted down 🫠

I stupidly read the comments on an article about the rising unemployment rate in Aotearoa. The amount of people who believe this rise is due to Jacinda/Labour beggars belief.

I was chatting all things post-menopause with a woman in her 70s today at the denture clinic. She looked me dead in the eye and said “Got to watch your breasts, they’ll end up around your knees. I’m fine because mine are small and perky”. I’m not sure what to do with this tidbit.

I now have to take Kitty to the vet to get them to put on his Bravecto. I asked the vet if there is flea tablet I can give him instead (we have no problems with tablets) Vet told me flea tablets have been discontinued because cats don’t like tablets. Of course Kitty is the exception to this rule.
