Took the day to pressure-test my architecture for m3llo by creating an iOS PoC app, and omg this went better than expected!! Voice+chat etc works. Swift talks to the same Rust core the desktop uses, over a tiny C-ABI bridge. The whole voice + streaming media stack (libmello, C++) is shared too.

New feature in Crew Feed: session replays! When a crew member has streamed a game, we'll generate a GIF-like session replay, so you never miss what you're mates were up to :D

m3llo invite links now render a proper page with an OG image generated per crew. Unfurls nicely in other apps as well. Crew metadata pulled from the server, actual context for what you're about to join. You're more than welcome to join alpha testing crew :) m3llo.app/join/S9PM-GUDX

Fixed a bug where m3llo would silently break if your saved audio device was gone. Unplugged headset, switched defaults, whatever. Now it falls back gracefully instead of just insta-crashing. 16 files touched for what sounds like a simple fix. Thx to @simonlarzon.bsky.social for testing <3
