HEALTH UPDATE: My trainer from years ago just sent me footage from our 1st workout when I started on this path. Thought it’d be fun to include that and footage from this week for my quarterly health update. I’m 39 now. Just focused on getting a little stronger a little each day. ❤️

Bullet journaling and working out are the only things that keep my life from feeling like it’s spiraling out of control. Highly recommend both. Bullet journal first though. In my experience it makes all the other seemingly inconvenient things feel easier.
