I'm doing a deep dive into ADHD research now I have my diagnosis and instead of feeling relieved, I'm angry. All of these years of not being able to sleep and thinking I was just weird - nope, it's ADHD!

ADHD presents differently in different people. There isn't one size fits all. What you're going through may not be the same as someone else, but it doesn't mean they're lying.

Having ADHD is not fun - but at least after 46 years I finally have been diagnosed. I've been "weird" all of my life and I've had to apologise repeatedly for how I am. I've lost friendships, relationships and jobs and this still affects my everyday mental health. Like today.

I'm really shocked after reading the comments from Sunday's video. Content is being suppressed.

Yesterday I was diagnosed with ADHD. I've always been the weird kid and the weird guy and now I know why - but what next? What's the treatment like - will it dull my creativity? If you have diagnosed ADHD and help and advice would be welcome.
