Kate Edwards is a 33+ year, award-winning game industry veteran and geographer, the CEO of Geogrify which innovated game culturalization, and the CXO/Cofounder of SetJetters. She is also the former Executive Director of the International Game Developers Association and the Global Game Jam.

Laila Shabir is Founder & CEO of the award-winning Girls Make Games and the GMG Scholarship Fund. With a background in economics and banking, she has led education and access initiatives reaching 27,000+ students in 22 countries. Her personal goal is to teach one million young women to make games.

Dr. JC Lau is an award-winning game producer with over 12 years of experience at studios such as Bungie, Xbox, Harebrained Schemes, and Twirlbound. She is a frequent industry speaker and author, and the creator of #WhatAGameDevLooksLike, an online celebration of diversity among game developers.

Tiffany Smith is an industry leader with 15 years of experience spanning software engineering, studio ownership and project leadership. She has contributed to titles such as Sony’s God of War III Remastered and Cave Story (Wii). She brings a commitment to community building and developer support.

Gaurav Mathur is Founder and President of gamedevmap, and an Advisor to indie studios, nonprofits, and startups. He brings 30 years of experience as a creative leader, with past roles at Double Fine, Factor 5, LucasArts, Penumbra, and Toys for Bob. He Co-Chairs the IGDA’s Devs with Kids SIG.
