The freak-out over Mills vetoing LD307 is weird. Is it because Maine would have been “the first in the nation” with a *temporary* moratorium? What would be wrong with being the 2nd? The Legislature could still override the veto. Municipalities could still deny permits. Don’t panic, #MEpolitics
