I've done quite some math today. Calculating keyframes to animate consistent speed on different distances for one big pixel was quite challenging but also kinda fun. Nice learning curve. Thank you Casio. New art coming tomorrow!

Funny how once I said I would be able to launch my art brand once I put 500 more hours into it, and it turned out to be a very accurate joke. I'm at around 800 hours of work in 14 weeks which I think is pretty decent. Start, grind, sleep, repeat - works for art just as well as for post-op healing.

When the techy part dominates some of the work and your brain is too occupied with that part and it suddenly becomes difficult to get back into the artistic, aesthetic mindset. Strange feeling. 🧠🤷🏼‍♀️🧠

Five days ago I had no idea how a decent project file in Premiere should look like. Today I'm done with the video part, and I'm going to celebrate it by going outside.

I'm at the part when my prototype short is taking so long I'm starting to hate it but I'm almost finished (90+%), AND I also kind of love everything I've learnt (about video assets in Premiere, generation, structure, nesting etc.). This is my kinda thing. Almost ready to move on to the next one.

Something I wasn't ready for in my life: putting together 5 different voice recordings and playing them all at once. It was kind of like understanding 5 puns at the same time. Hilarious but overwhelming. Remember, kids: too much too soon can be dangerous.

Took me a while but I finalized my method for pro phone screen rec today. Made a template for cutting + masking, another for final assembly. Currently testing transitions. Been a bit slow with the tutorials (lots of obstacles), but I'm finally at the part when the fun and automated stuff can happen.

I've piled up over 4 gigabytes of warm-up and warm-down voice narration of my image and video editing sessions in 2 weeks. Methods, struggles, successes etc. Summing up these tasks daily has boosted my productivity a lot lot lot, and that's new. Gonna need to keep this up. #happuio

4 months post-op today.🧵 I have done enormous work. Vastus lateralis and Gluteus muscles need a lot more strengthening, and those being the largest muscles in the human body, it'll take some more physio and workouts to get there. So far I've done my best and it's seemed enough.

Nice progress today. Reverse engineering my own files is harder than I thought. I'm assembling my first Onelab screen rec into a tutorial. Cutting and layout is done. Tomorrow's task will be adding audio, transitions, captions, and some other stuff that I don't know what it is yet. Fun stuff 💜
