The Dorset went onto the loom immediately because it's for an article in an upcoming issue of WEFT magazine. I would love to see this woven into a top or 'sweatshirt' type garment because it would be cozy, drapey and light enough to wear in the shoulder seasons. Amazing.

Some beauty shots of spins I've finished over the past couple of weeks! This is a local-to-me Dorset Horn from Coniagas Textiles in Maple Ridge, BC, via @mellyknits spun continuous backwards draft from a smooth carded batt (pre-drafted) and smoothed while spinning.
