I am pretty sure I finally confirmed my senior rescue rat Pâté is fully blind. I don't know how old he is (estimated to be 2 years old). I modified his cage a big to prevent him from falling off the top levels. His bumble foot is doing a lot better!

I scare myself more and more lately. There is a intrusive thought pushing the back of my brain to make sure that "if something happens, will my pets be taken care of" when that "something" ALMOST feels like an exit sign from whatever is going on. I'm not a risk but I can't stop the question circling

The self hate voices have been so loud lately and I can't fathom anybody wanting to waste the time of listening to me cry about it. I'm a hypocrite, telling friends to be kind to themselves when I am having anxiety attacks if I'm left with my own thoughts for more than 60 seconds. I'm tired of me

I feel so isolated. I'm struggling so much in my mind but everyone else has their own problems and other concerns they're not talking about. I can't make myself add to that so I'm just gonna scream into this void where no one can see it and get over my stupid fucking self. It's my own fault anyway.
