🤥🤥🤥🤥🤥 DOH Commissioner McDonald says the PPL transition is on track. That’s a lie. PPL needed to sign up 200k+ people by the end of Jan. But only 67k+ have signed up or even begin enrolling. At this rate, 10,000s are set to lose care.
