Here are the books I read in June. Unfortunately, I struggled with Hangman by Maya Binyam and kept falling asleep (even when reading in the middle of the afternoon) so it took me a lot longer to finish! I probably should've given up.

It's been 17 years since I last did the Elie chain walk. If I wait another 17 years before doing it again, I'll be 68! Looking forward to it!

Unca Nebo and I spent the day in Elie, on the Fife coast, scrambling along the chain walk and exploring the caves.

Starmer wasn't the only one to leave number 10 today. The difference is, we did so after enjoying some grub at the Wynd cafe in Dunfermline whereas Starmer left after overseeing some of the most appalling political policies this country has seen in decades.

I went along to a community meeting tonight which had been set up to discuss the 300MWh AI Data Centre planned for Larbert. It was very informative, with some significant details on additional major issues I was unaware of and I'm feeling better equipped to compose and submit my objections. 1/2

There is another meeting planned for the Dobbie Hall at 7pm next Thursday (25th June) and it's hoped that our local councillors and MSPs will be in attendance. I'll be writing to them in the meantime. 2/2

We do enjoy a triple roll at the Granary whenever we're in the Stirling area. Always very satisfying! We both went for square sausage, haggis and fried egg.

A fine wander up Mill Glen. We started on up The Law too but it was too much for Unca Nebo so we decided to go for hot rolls instead!

We took a drive through to East Kilbride today to visit Calderglen Zoo.

First time back at the badminton with my buddy Kerr after six months nursing a bad elbow. I forgot how good a workout it was!
