Day-to-day is how I take things right now. Sometimes I can sit down and crank out art. Others it's easy to sit and write an essay or blog. The rest? I knit because it takes just enough attention to distract me yet isn't demanding. And I get something pretty on the other end. #SpoonieAuthChat

Can I just lay on the floor and laugh until I sob? Honestly though I'd been doing okay until last week coupled with a big milestone birthday this week and now cue a Quantum Leap level "oh boy....." Sending lots of love and support to my fellow spoonie authors! #SpoonieAuthChat

As of last night, we now have two family members in the hospital. So yeah, January 2026 is just one mountain of stress. Despite this, and I don’t know how I did it, I completed a short work of creative nonfiction yesterday, and I kinda like it a lot! Brains are interesting. #SpoonieAuthChat
