Tonight’s dungeon delve. Another Skaven dungeon. Met a Rat Ogre, had spider problem. Also found a wizards study, which unfortunately was empty. Came away with plenty of cash to fund the wizards spell habit. #AdvanceHeroquest #Ahq

Last night we ventured back into the Skaven infested tunnels underneath Averheim. We were unable to find the quest rooms, but did find 2 new quest hooks. Also we had a cave in, cutting this part of the dungeon off from the rest. Looking forward to next expedition #AHQ #AdvancedHeroquest

This evening, a grate was needed to be painted… and painted it was!

Things have escalated to exploring a map. The heroes are heading to the grey mountains, on a quest to find a wand for a Wizard. Rolling to see what they find on their travels. Means I’ve taken a break to make charts… lots of charts! #AdvancedHeroquest.

Been hunting through old Warhammer minis to use with Advanced Heroquest. Because the game is set in the Warhammer World, I’ve been trying to keep the minis on theme. Looks like I’ve got some more painting to do and needs doing very soon.

Painted Wizard mini on a whim. Original thought this mini would make a good #Frostgrave mini, but he’s huge. I think he’ll find himself in #WarhammerQuest or #AdvancedHeroquest instead!

Shatterpoint test/learning game. We had a fun game. The game has some odd rules or concepts which take a minute to get your head around. Things learnt 1. Things die slowly 2. Climbing is weird 3. This object based game first 4. I don’t understand jumping?

Easter holiday project… build the frame work of a town. Inspired by/for Traitors Guard.

Game 4 of the brutal quest campaign, the Wall. We had a full 4 players. The theme of this game was Mud Golums, which caused helps of problems. Oh, and Bjorn the large died 😢

My son, Oliver finished building his first Gundam mini. Already started on his second.

I love Vallejo Xpress Wasteland Brown. It’s such a versatile colour. Used it to dirty up the blue on this model.

Game 3 of our Brutal Quest campaign, which last Wednesday. Things got more intense with a heap of monsters turning up while the players were fighting over a treasure chest.
