Note to self: If I ever commit grand theft auto, then later commit arson as part of an insurance scam, then win election to congress, don't let my first question to a federal prosecutor be "Do you see any criminals in front of you"?

I regret to inform you ... that the *new* D.C. motions panel just granted DOJ an "administrative stay" of Judge Moss's 128-page class certification/summary judgment ruling in a case over Trump's "invasion" proclamation after DOJ complained about class certification (as well as disagreeing re: INA).

At least they make this part pretty easy.
