I visited 15 homes damaged when a water pipe burst for the third time in three years! Brand new carpets, ruined; promises this will "never happen again" broken; insurance costs, sky rocketing. I plan to meet with Severn Trent, local councillors and residents to fight to get that pipe fixed.
